Bobby’s journey began in Sevier County, growing into a decades long career across East Tennessee’s most demanding medical fields. For nearly 20 years, he and co founder Dina Miller have served the Knoxville community as peers and friends. Their shared passion for health and aesthetics led to the creation of Elite MedAesthetic, a practice built on the serenity of private, concierge level care. Because Dysport has a unique ‘spread’ compared to other neuromodulators, Bobby leverages his background in NeuroInterventional Radiology to ‘map’ the forehead and brow. Dysport has a slightly different molecular structure that allows it to spread, or “diffuse,” more evenly across larger muscle groups. This makes it an elite option for the forehead, as it creates a very smooth, soft finish without the risk of a “patchy” look.
Yes. While it starts working faster, Dysport’s longevity is comparable to Botox, typically lasting 3 to 4 months. Our lead injector, Bobby, will determine the precise units needed to ensure your Dysport results remain consistent and long-lasting.

The dosing ratio is different; typically, you need about 2.5 to 3 units of Dysport for every 1 unit of Botox. However, the total cost usually ends up being very similar. We focus on the result rather than just the unit count to ensure your anatomy is respected.

To ensure the product settles exactly where Bobby places it, avoid lying flat for 4 hours and skip high-intensity exercise, saunas, or hats that press firmly on the forehead for 24 hours.
